Alcheme Bio Named Finalist in Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition’s Next Generation of Taste and Texture Technologies (NGT3) Competition FINALIST

Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition (AHN) issued a global call for startups developing next-generation solutions in functional proteins, flavor systems, enzymes, and innovative sweeteners. We were honored to be selected as one of just six finalists invited to pitch live at AHN’s headquarters to a panel of esteemed judges from across the food and beverage industry.
Each company delivered a five-minute presentation, followed by a two-minute Q&A, and was evaluated on originality, profitability, and scalability. Winners were announced after scoring was completed—and while we didn’t take home the top prize, we’re proud to have stood alongside such a forward-thinking group of innovators shaping the future of food.

Alcheme Bio was honored to be selected as the winner of the New York stop of the Culinary Action! On The Road competition, hosted by the prestigious Basque Culinary Center. This international initiative highlights startups driving meaningful innovation across the gastronomy value chain.
